From the very beginning, she handled the entire process like it was her own home. Going above and beyond, she brought in a carpet repair person for some blemishes we couldn’t remove; she brought handymen and paint and she supervised the cleaning crew. She brought two different stagers to design a versatile, sellable look (she turned the crazy playroom into a home gym brilliant!). She organized our storage pods, beautiful aerial photos to display the beauty of our property thoroughly and truly. We had a much better experience with her than we did with a previous Realtor® we worked with in purchasing our first home. Viviana was very patient and not pushy at all. We often felt we had to offer the list price or higher, and she always suggested to offer less since houses were sitting on the market. This strategy worked for us. We received 9 offers on our house and received more than we were expecting. She put our house on the market in just a couple of days and we received offers after the first open house.
